There are two types of support:
1) Technical Support (ArchiCAD does not seem to be operating as documented; every time I do a particular thing, my ArchiCAD crashes; I can’t get my ArchiCAD to output to my printer, etc.)
2) Training Support (all the “how to” questions related to practicing architecture, interoperability, ArchiCAD in construction, etc.)

Digital Vision has a “Three Strikes and You’re In” phone technical and training support policy:
- Try to accomplish your desired task; if it doesn’t work the first time…
- Try it again; if it doesn’t work the second time…
- Check the manual, or go the ArchiCAD Help menu, or check on-line (see above) to figure out on your own how to achieve your objective.
